Mel C: Spice tour 'got rid of demons'

Spice Girls star Melanie Chisholm is glad she agreed to take part in the band's recent comeback tour - because it helped her deal with her troubled past.

The singer admits she was reluctant to sign up to the reunion because she feared it would bring back unpleasant memories of her time in the band - including her struggle with the eating disorder anorexia.
