Britney Spears is reportedly still hopeful of gaining joint custody of her two sons with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The couple recently settled a bitter 18-month court battle over Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, 17 months, with a judge awarding sole custody to Federline.
