Slater looking forward to new TV role

Christian Slater has revealed his excitement about embarking on his new TV role in NBC drama 'My Own Worst Enemy'.

“When they presented me with this material I was just really excited,” the actor told 'Access Hollywood'.

“I thought they were really assembling a nice crew and a good group of people, that I think it’ll be a lot of fun to be around.”

Christian – who is known for movies such as 'Heathers' and 'True Romance' – plays two characters, Henry Spivey and Edward Albright, in the show, which will air on US network NBC in October.
