Farrell gets stage fright

Comedy star Will Farrell suffered a terrifying attack of stage-fright on the set of new movie Step Brothers, when he was asked to sing opera in front of 500 extras.

The Anchorman star has stripped nearly naked onscreen countless times, but singing on stage left him frozen to the spot.

Ferrell explains: "That was one of the hardest things. I sang opera in front of 500 extras and I was so nervous that day.

"I can do just about anything in front of a camera except try to legitimately sing an opera piece.

"I would, actually (run past the extras naked). That would be so much easier."
