The return of the coloured specs for the return of an old favourite, much screened on TV: Jules Verne’s classic tale of underground exploration, adventure and deadly danger.

It’s a bit of a romp, what with all the perils of the rocky deep, and it’s actually not a bad re-make, with Fraser making the most of his role as the leader of the journey.
