O'Toole and Lange honoured at Film Fleadh
The 20th Galway Film Fleadh, which opens today, will honour Hollywood legends Peter O’Toole and Jessica Lange.
The six-day event will screen some of Irish-born O’Toole’s most famous films including 'Goodbye Mr Chips'.
The colourful 75-year-old has been nominated eight times for an Oscar and was finally given an honorary Academy Award in 2003.
The Fleadh will also pay tribute to two-time Oscar winner Jessica Lange and screen several of her films, including 'All That Jazz'.
Irish documentaries featuring in the Fleadh line-up include 'Stories from Home' by actor Gabriel Byrne.
