Superb writing in ‘The Commander’ TV series

Amanda Burton returns in the crime drama series ‘The Commander’ (Acorn Media, €32.99).

Lynda La Plante’s superb writing skills are again demonstrated in this three-disc release with three intriguing murder investigations — a child, suspected fraudster and priest.

As usual Commander Clare Blake has other distractions to contend with as she seeks out the killers.
