Matthew McConaughey has sparked rumours he and girlfriend Camila Alves are expecting a baby boy - after reportedly buying gender-telling baby items online.

The Sahara star announced he would become a first-time dad after confirming earlier this year (Jan08) his Brazilian partner was 12 weeks pregnant.
