Mel B's wheelchair sparks health fears

Spice Girls star Melanie Brown has sparked fears for her health after she was photographed arriving at Los Angeles International airport in a wheelchair.

The singer was snapped holding her baby daughter Angel and being pushed through the terminal at LAX by a member of airport staff.
