A Los Angeles hotel is suing Phil Spector, his wife and agent for failing to pay more than $100,000 (€64,000) in accommodation for lawyers and expert witnesses in his murder trial.

In court papers filed today, the Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites alleged the defendants agreed in a written contract to reserve rooms for the duration of the trial.
