Sharon Osbourne has backed Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole to take over her role as an X Factor judge.

Sharon Osbourne has backed Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole to take over her role as an X Factor judge.

Osbourne, 55, denied she walked out last week because TV bosses would not meet her pay demands and over conflict with fellow judge Dannii Minogue.
