Heaton and Scott-Lee split

Former British pop star Michelle Heaton has split with her singer husband Andy Scott-Lee.

The former Liberty X singer was photographed hugging former soccer ace Lee Sharpe at an event in Ireland on Thursday.

Heaton - who married Scott-Lee in 2006 - was not wearing her wedding band.

A spokesman for Heaton says: "I can confirm the two have split up. They need to sort out their personal problems."
