'Joy Division' a solid examination of what makes them tick

This is a terrific documentary on the life and hard rock times of the Manchester band that manages to be more than a mere tribute but a solid examination of what makes them, their music and their fans, tick.

This is a terrific documentary on the life and hard rock times of the Manchester band that manages to be more than a mere tribute but a solid examination of what makes them, their music and their fans, tick.

It’s a fine warts-and-all film that will appeal to everyone, not just the hard-core Joy Division base.
