Cattrall speaks out about 'Sex and the City' row

'Sex and the City' star Kim Cattrall has defended her decision to ask for a more money to take part in the forthcoming movie version of the hit show.

The actress was at the centre of controversy after she was blamed for stalling the movie, allegedly demanding a much larger pay cheque.
