Ex-girlfriend sues 50 Cent over home deal
Rapper 50 Cent is being sued for breach of contract by a former girlfriend who says he is trying to evict her and their 10-year-old son from their suburban New York home.
Shaniqua Tompkins’ lawyer, Paul Catsandonisis, says 50 Cent promised until the completion of the deal to buy a $2.4m house in Dix Hills for Ms Tompkins.
He says the 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin’' star had the house put in his name alone.
Ms Tompkins already receives child support from the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson.
The rapper’s lawyer was not immediately available for comment.
