The Rolling Stones will attend the UK premiere of their new film tonight.
'Goodfellas' filmmaker Martin Scorsese directed the concert documentary 'Shine a Light'.
On Sunday, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Mick Jagger – who brought along girlfriend L’Wren Scott – and Ronnie Wood attended the New York world premiere.
The “rockumentary” charts the band’s 46-year history, interlinked with footage from a 2006 concert in New York.
Scorsese has said he made the film because the Stones had provided the soundtrack to his life.
“The Stones’ music dealt with aspects of a life that I was growing up in and trying to make sense of.
“Their music was tougher and had an edge; beautiful and honest and brutal at times and powerful. It's always stayed with me,” he has said.
Oasis, Sadie Frost, Chris Evans and Noel Fielding are some of the other names expected to attend the premiere at the Odeon Leicester Square.
