Rihanna and Chris Brown used the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards to end rumours they are dating - by walking up the event's orange carpet separately.

R&B star Brown - who scooped the favourite male singer prize at the Los Angeles ceremony on Saturday - kept his distance from the Umbrella beauty as they waved to fans outside the Pauley Pavilion.
