Rimmel denies plans to axe Moss
British cosmetics giant Rimmel has denied rumours the company are planning to drop supermodel Kate Moss as the face of the brand.
The 34-year-old beauty has been the spokesmodel for the make-up firm since 2001 and has featured in all the company's high profile advertising campaigns.
Recent reports suggested Moss was about to lose the multi-million dollar contract in favour of a younger model - with possible replacements being named as James Bond star Gemma Arterton and British TV presenter Alexa Chung.
Company bosses have quashed the rumours however, insisting Moss will continue to front the line.
"Kate remains the face of Rimmel London and will continue to appear in campaigns for the foreseeable future," said Rimmel spokeswoman Emmanuelle Bonte.
"Rimmel London has no plans to replace Kate. We are very happy with the collaboration."
