Denise reclaims' Richards'

Denise Richards has finally won the right to legally reclaim her maiden name - two years after her divorce from Charlie Sheen was finalised.

The couple split in 2005 after three years of marriage. Their divorce was made official a year later but Richards was still registered under her married name.
