It has been reported that Oscar-winning film director Anthony Minghella died of a haemorrhage after an operation last week.

It has been reported that Oscar-winning film director Anthony Minghella died of a haemorrhage after an operation last week.

Minghella, who was 54, is understood to have died at 5am today.
