'Hannah Montana' is a popular Disney Channel series aimed squarely at pre- and early-teen girls, so if you fit none of the categories you might find it hard to get into this film.

Actually, though, even for a *****something male it’s a cute and enjoyable little film. Take the grand-daughter to it and grab a clutch of street cred points.

Montana (Cyrus) is your ordinary 16-year-old schoolgirl whose alter-ego is a rockin’ chick who even delights parents since she’s clean-living and not your average pill-guzzler and boozer.

The film covers the behind-the-scenes for one of her concerts … no more, no less.
