Britney Spears has sparked new rumours she is expecting her on/off boyfriend Adnan Ghalib's baby after she was seen sporting a bulging belly while out shopping in Los Angeles.

The pop star has been dogged by reports she is pregnant with her third child since the couple were spotted buying pregnancy tests in January.
