'I'm not pregnant': Holmes

Katie Holmes has denied a report she's pregnant with her second child.

The 'Batman Begins' star and husband Tom Cruise, who have a 22-month-old daughter, Suri, together, are said to be expecting another baby in the new edition of American magazine OK!.

But Holmes' spokesperson has dismissed the report as false: "She's not pregnant."
