Bruce Lee mentor's life made into film

Hong Kong filmmakers are to bring the story of Ip Man, martial arts mentor to kung fu legend Bruce Lee, to the big screen.

Action stars Donnie Yen and Sammo Hung are preparing to start shooting one of two planned movies about Ip and they joined Ip’s sons in paying tribute to their father at his hometown in the southern Chinese city of Foshan, a four-hour drive northwest of Hong Kong.
