Lohan settles crash lawsuit with waiter

A waiter trying to clean up against actress Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit against her over a car accident, it emerged today.

“It’s been resolved,” said Robert Klein, the lawyer for Raymundo Ortega, who settled for an undisclosed amount on Wednesday.
