Spears' lawyers: 'Britney is incapable of testifying in court'

Britney Spears' driving without a valid license case has been postponed by one month because the troubled star is currently incapable of giving a deposition.

Spears' lawyer J. Michael Flanagan was granted an extension to work on the case in January and was due back in Los Angeles Superior Court for a hearing on Wednesday.
