When daughter Breslin asks soon-to-be-divorced dad Reynolds awkward questions about Relationships: Failed and the Meaning of Life he sets about the task by telling her a handful of tales all somehow inter-linked.

It’s all rather too cute and eager to please but it does somehow reach its conclusion without leaving us feeling disappointed … too much.

The playing is actually better than the material they have to work with, so you’ll enjoy it … sort of, perhaps, kinda.
