'Rocket Science' delivers as enjoyable teen drama

Jeffrey Blitz is best known for his documentary 'Spellbound', but 'Rocket Science' (Optimum Releasing, €24.99) takes him in a different direction as high school student Hal Hefner (Reece Thompson) tries to impress Ginny (Anna Kendrick) by joining the school debating team.

Sounds familiar, and indeed we have been here before, but Blitz manages to engage our attention and deliver a really enjoyable teen drama.
