‘Tough Enough’ a sharply observed work

Michael Polish (a very impressive David Kross) finds his cosseted existence removed when his mum is dumped by her rich boyfriend.

Stuck in the nastier side of Berlin with lots of unpleasant company, he stumbles into trouble.

‘Tough Enough’ (Dogwoof, €24.99) has deservedly picked up several festival awards, and is a sharply observed work from director Detlev Buck.
