Shrek coming to Broadway

'Shrek' is to be re-invented on the Broadway stage in a new musical.

The hit animated film, which spawned two successful sequels, has been turned into stage extravaganza and will debut in Seattle, Washington, on August 14 before moving to New York's famed theatreland in November.
