Legal victory for Cohen in Borat lawsuit

British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen has won a US lawsuit filed against him by an etiquette teacher who unwittingly appeared in his hit movie 'Borat'.

The nine justices at Alabama’s Supreme Court overruled a lower court and said Kathie Martin cannot sue Cohen and the companies that produced the movie in Alabama because she signed an agreement stating only courts in New York could hear any disputes that arose from her appearance.
