U2-3D to premiere at Sundance

The global premier of U2’s 3D Vertigo Tour concert film will be screened at one of the world’s top film festivals today.

U2-3D will be shown as one of a number of world premieres at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah.

The film was shot primarily in Buenos Aires and other South American locations.

It is scheduled to open at Cineworld Dublin, MoviesDundrum, MoviesSwords and SGC Dungarvan in late February.

Negotiations with other digital cinemas are reported to be continuing ahead of its release date.
