Sutherland to leave jail on Monday
Kiefer Sutherland will be released from jail in the early hours of Monday morning.
The '24' star started serving a 48-day sentence for drink-driving at the private Glendale City Jail on December 5. Sutherland was incarcerated after he was caught driving under the influence in September.
Reports suggest the 41-year-old has been on his best behaviour in jail, where he celebrated Christmas and his December birthday.
Prison spokesman John Balian recently said: "He's not happy to be here, but you can tell from his demeanour that he's sorry and takes responsibility for what he's done."
