Dr. Phil in more trouble over Britney hospital visit

American TV self-help guru Dr. Phil McGraw faces an investigation by California Board of Psychology officials after offering his services to Britney Spears without a licence.

Dr. Phil agreed to meet with Spears after she was committed to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following an apparent breakdown at her home on January 4.
