Britney to sue after portraits sold

Britney Spears is planning to sue a photographer who sold candid pictures of the singer with her two sons for $1m (€684,000).

Dani Brubaker was hired by Spears to take a series of portraits of the star with Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James in November.
