Donated kneeler cushions promised to a church by actress Liz Hurley are yet to arrive nearly a year on from her wedding, parishioners said today.

The world’s media descended on the small town of Winchcombe, in Gloucestershire, England, in March 2006, when the former model and businessman Arun Nayer tied the knot.
