Barrymore stunned by 'beautiful' tag

Actress Drew Barrymore is amazed to be considered a Hollywood beauty, because she is struggled with acne her whole life.

The 'Charlie's Angels' star - who is dating actor Justin Long - claims she faces a daily battle to keep her skin clear.

She says: "My only beauty recommendation is zit cream. I couldn't live without it. I get zits all the time and they annoy me more than anything else in the world. I've used every face wash, acne cream, everything."

And Barrymore, 32, admits she is still lacking confidence in her appearance.

She adds: "It's so funny because people say, 'You've got such great skin', and I'm like, 'Are you kidding?' I guess now I'm getting older I'm getting more wrinkles to go with the pimples. Sometimes now, I think I'm starting to look like something out of 'Night of the Living Dead'!"
