Spears' cousin to launch reality show

Britney Spears' cousin Alli Sims is set to make a bid for reality TV stardom.

The 'Toxic' star's former assistant has teamed up with the Maloof brothers, who own the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, to shoot a pilot that showcases her and her friends, reports In Touch Weekly.

A source tells the magazine: "It's going to be like a female version of Entourage, but for real."

Sims is also attempting to launch her own pop career.
