Anderson's divorce proceeding again

Pamela Anderson's on/off marriage to new husband Rick Salomon appears to be off again - the actress has served her spouse with divorce papers.

The former 'Baywatch' star first filed legal papers for the dissolution of her then-two-month-old marriage on December 14, citing irreconcilable differences.

Two days later, Anderson, who wed her longtime friend Salomon in Las Vegas on October 6, claimed the couple was "working things out".

However, according to CelebTV.com, Anderson's lawyer filed a proof of summons document last Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The documentation shows Salomon was served with divorce papers on December 15. He has 30 days to file a response to the 40-year-old's divorce claim.

Anderson has previously been married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, while Salomon's ex-wives are Elizabeth Daily and Shannen Doherty.

Anderson's marriage to Kid Rock was similarly short-lived - they divorced after less than six months as husband and wife.
