Lohan's lawyer defends champagne New Year

Lindsay Lohan saw in the New Year drinking champagne in Italy, but her lawyer says the American actress is “back on track” in terms of sobriety.

A video shows Lohan, who spent much of 2007 in and out of rehab, swigging champagne from a bottle while in Capri.
