Spears deposition to take place on Wednesday

Britney Spears will finally testify in her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline on Wednesday.

The troubled pop star is expected give her deposition under oath at the Los Angeles offices of Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, at 10am.
