Rhys Meyers homeless following split from girlfriend

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has found himself homeless - after breaking up with his long-term girlfriend Reena Hammer.

The actor has been suffering through a bout of bad luck of late after being arrested for drunken behaviour at an airport in Dublin last month, which was followed by the passing of his mother Geraldine Meyers-O'Keeffe just days later.

And now the dissolution of his on/off relationship with the daughter of British cosmetics mogul Ruby Hammer has left him without a roof over his head.

A source tells British newspaper The Mail On Sunday: "Jonathan lived with Reena in Camden (north London) and decided to move out when they split. He is currently house-hunting in east London."
