'Celebrity Rehab' TV show to air in US

'Grease' star Jeff Conaway, Daniel Baldwin and Brigitte Nielsen are to battle their addictions to alcohol and drugs on a new reality TV show.

The trio is among eight celebrities who have signed up for televised counselling from celebrity doctor Drew Pinsky in new show 'Celebrity Rehab'.

The upcoming US programme will be tough viewing for fans of Conaway, who was forced to quit reality show 'Celebrity Fit Club' because of his addictions to alcohol, painkillers and cocaine.

He was taken to hospital during one of the episodes.

The new show begins next January.
