Spice Girls abandoned by support act
The Spice Girls are without a support act for the UK leg of their world tour - after Danish pop group Alphabeat refused to perform with the reformed five-piece.
The European act snubbed the chance to play at a number of concerts at London's O2 Arena in January because they do not like the band's music.
A source tells British newspaper 'The Sun': "They're (Alphabeat) not the biggest fans of the girls. It's not really how they want to launch in the U.K."
