Kanye sells Beverly Hills home

Rapper Kanye West is selling his Beverly Hills, California mansion - it's on the market for a staggering $8.69m (€5.9m).

The 'Stronger' hitmaker's property has been listed on Realtor.com, where it has been described as "a rare offering".

The two-storey house boasts six bedrooms, four baths and a detached garage, according to TMZ.com.

The news of West's sale comes just days after the hip-hop star lost his mother, Dr Donda West, who died on November 10 from possible complications from plastic surgery.

She was laid to rest on Tuesday in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
