Flatley makes first live performance after illness

Irish dancer Michael Flatley has battled back onto the stage after he was struck down with a mystery illness last year.

The 'Lord Of The Dance' star gave his first live performance on TV show 'Dancing With The Stars' on Monday night - his first since being hospitalised due to the ailment which targeted his immune system last December.

Flatley was dressed as an airline pilot for his comeback dance on the hit series' semi-finals, which saw former 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star Jenni Garth knocked out of the competition on Tuesday.

Garth's exit leaves racing champion Helio Castroneves, Spice Girl Melanie Brown and singer Marie Osmond to fight it out in next week's final.
