A star line-up of voices is just one highlight of this outstanding telling of the centuries old legend of the battle to save Denmark from the evil Grendel … told in brilliant animation.

Zemeckis gets swiftly to the heart of the story – dating back to 700AD – and brings it to life to such an extent that it has a constant air of reality mixing with the fantasy.

And what a cast! It’s interesting that more and more big names are lining up to contribute to the many animated features now appearing … and if they are all as wonderful as this we’ll be lining up to watch them.
