Ellie (Atwell) is left in charge of the small group of residents who remain in a care home over the Christmas holidays … and quite a handful they turn out to be.

They cause so much trouble that potential newcomers are frightened off and the home is threatened with closure. There’s plenty happening to keep you interested.

Filmed in County Down and Wicklow and based on a short story by Maeve Binchy – and with a terrific cast – it’s one of the best films to come out of Ireland in quite some time.
