Cruise vows to avoid politics

Tom Cruise has vowed to avoid getting involved in US politics - unlike fellow actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Cruise, who plays a senator in new movie Lions For Lambs, insists he is not tempted to swap his Tinseltown career for a political one, despite the seeing the success of Schwarzenegger as governor of California.
