Hudson and Robinson file divorce papers

Kate Hudson is officially single again after she and estranged husband Chris Robinson filed their signed divorce papers in a Los Angeles court on Monday.

Hudson and The Black Crowes frontman Robinson's six-year marriage will now be permanently ended when a judge signs off the papers.

The pair, who split last year, have agreed to joint custody of their three-year-old son Ryder.

Robinson filed for divorce in November 2006.
